Monorail crane
MonorailCrane is a marine telescopic mono-rail lifting appliance with two sets of electric rope hoist, intended for using on stern on board. It is mainly used for lifting supplies such as foods, vegetables and fruits etc, and also for lifting component parts in the engine room such as piston and cylinder sleeve etc.This crane adopts telescopic beam, the marine rope hoist is installed on the telescopic beam, which is installed on the mono-rail-beam and walk. Class of protection of all electric motor and electric appliance are IP56. The crane mainly consists of I-beam, telescopic beam, el. Rope hoist, traversing mechanism, cable reel and el. control box etc…The I-beam adopts I-steel, under winch 14mm low flange plate is provided, and also with rack. Its top flange plate connects to ship hull. Its total length and the connecting points with ship hull are decided as per the arrangement of ship hull.
