1. For the part of the blade other than 0.5R, the edge erosion depth does not exceed 1/2 of the thickness of the blade, and welding can be carried out when the width of each side does not exceed 1/4 of the width of the blade. If the blades are severely eroded and have been repaired many times, the material properties have changed, so you should consider replacing them.

2. Sawtooth or small gaps on the edge of the blade should be repaired if it is larger than 1/2 of the thickness of the blade. Allows to continue using after grinding and smoothing the tiny serration gaps

3. For non-serious cavitation holes and dents, plastics are allowed to fill in the case of inconvenient welding, so that the oar can achieve the purpose of smoothing the certificate.

4. The depth of the corrosion spots exceeds 1-1.5mm, and there are more than three spots per square centimeter in the product, it should be repaired by shoveling and then grinding.

5. The corrosion spots are not too deep, and their spread is less than three points per square centimeter. The spots should be smoothed with a grinding wheel until the bright metal is exposed.

6. The blades should be replaced if they are severely worn within 1/2 of the area. The depth of cavitation corrosion at the root of the blade does not exceed half of the thickness of the blade at that point. It should be repaired after shoveling, and then polished.

7. The leaf surface is corroded deeply. The depth is more than half of the thickness of the blade at this place, and the diffusion area is larger or denser and the area of the dense area exceeds 20% of the blade area. The diameter of the corrosion recess is 20% of the blade width at this place. For small propellers, it should be replaced. For large and medium-sized propellers, the damaged part can be divided and a new plate can be welded.

8. If the blade is partially worn, and the thickness of the blade at this place has been reduced to less than 2/3 of the original thickness, this part should be divided and welded to a new plate.
